Applicant seeks a Conditional Use for Tax Key No. HAV 0732 996 006 for the operation of a temporary retail flower hut at 505 Cottonwood Avenue.

The Hartland Village Board will conduct a Public Hearing to review a request for rezoning the property at 345 Cottonwood Avenue from B-3 Central Business/Mixed Use District to RS-3 Single-Family Residential District.
A map of the proposed zoning amendment is available for review in the Administrative Office during business hours: M-F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
