Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Account Information (HRA) and Links
The Village of Hartland partners with Diversified Benefits as its 3rd party account manager of employees FSA and HRA Accounts. The Village contributes to an HRA plan $500 for a single plan and $1,000 for a family plan for those employees eligible and enrolled in the Village's health insurance plan. Employees can also contribute up to $2,550 pre-tax from their paycheck to a FSA medical reimbursement account. Employees can also contribute up to $5,000 pre-tax from their paycheck to a FSA dependent care reimbursement account (daycare). Employees can register and create an account to review their account balances, view claims history and review eligible expenses. Please remember to use your HRA money first and then your FSA money. By submitting the wrong form, these benefits could be taken out of your FSA money incorrectly.
