CITIZEN OBSERVER-The Citizen Observer is a website based law enforcement tool that allows
citizens and businesses an opportunity to register and automatically receive email messages from the Hartland
Police Department. This is an electronic block watch program that the department will utilize to quickly disseminate
information about illegal activities in the community and to provide crime alert notices. In order to access
Citizen Observer and register to start receiving your email alerts, please follow these instructions:

- To Register as a BUSINESS, click on For Business
- To Register as a CITIZEN, click on For Citizens
- Click on Sign Up Now

activity or have information about any criminal activities, please call 911 if an emergency, or 262-367-2600
