| COMMUNITY NOTIFICATIONS-The Hartland Police Department is a member of two nation-wide
notification networks, which are basically "Reverse 911" systems. In the event an emergency message needs to be
sent out to a targeted area, the department would utilize the services of the appropriate network. The two systems
that are available include: A Child Is Missing (www.achildismissing.org), used for missing children or at risk
adults, and the other network is My State USA (www.mystateusa.net), used for emergency messages such as evacuations,
