| FBI CYBERCRIME TASKFORCE-The department has an officer assigned to this taskforce
as an investigator on a part-time basis. Because of the significant use of technology and computers, criminal
activities are on the rise and the demand for service mandates having the ability to investigate cyber-crime.
As a member of the taskforce, the department also has virtually unlimited access to any FBI resource, which
helps with not only computer crimes, but with other criminal activities the department may investigate. |
