Water and Sewer bills are mailed quarterly in January, April, July and October. Water rates are based on actual water used each quarter from the meter readings. Sewer rates are established for each property once a year based on the average water consumption for that property during the two quarters billed in January and April. Bills are payable at the Administrative Offices, Municipal Building, 210 Cottonwood Avenue. For contacts when reporting emergencies such as
