What is Slow Reading?

Remember reading?  With no cell phones on?
Neither do we - so let's start up again!

Slow reading is a new movement with an old twist.
Turn off your phone and the Internet, get comfortable,
and really concentrate on a great book for 45 minutes a day.
No distractions - just read.

Absorb.  Enjoy.  Relax.

It's good for your brain and good for your stress level!

Go ahead, try it and let us know how you like it.
Join the new/old
 Slow Reading Movement!
You'll be glad you did.
