How to Register
There are 6 Easy ways to register. We will send you an email of your receipt if your email is provided. 
1.
Online registration
2.
Mail registration form with check or credit card information to: Hartland Recreation
   & Community Education Department, 210 Cottonwood Ave., Hartland, WI 53029
 
3.
Drop off registration form and check or credit card information in the secure drop
    box that is outside in front of the Municipal Building, 210 Cottonwood Ave. 
 
4.
Fax your registration form with credit card information to 262-367-2430. 
5.
Register in person on the 2nd floor of the Village of Hartland Municipal Building,
    located at 210 Cottonwood Ave.  Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
 
6.
Drop off registration form and check or credit card information in the drop box   
    located in the Community Center while attending a recreation program.

Before and After School Registration Form
Fill out this form in order to attend the Before and After School program at Hartland South Elementary. /DocumentCenter/View/733

Friday Fun Night Registration Form
Fill out this form in order to attend Friday Fun Nights at Hartland South.

2014 Summer Camp Registration Form
Fill out this form in order to attend any of our 2014 Summer Camps.

January 23 & February 20 Ski Trip Waiver Form
This form must be filled out and signed by the participant and their parent/guardian. Each trip requires a different form to be filled out. The form must be returned to the Recreation Department 7 days prior to the date of the trip they are attending.
