As of June 15, 2020, Hartland Public Library building will be open to the public.

Curbside pick-up will still be provided for those who do not wish to enter a public space. Please call the library at 262-367-3350 to schedule curbside pick-up.

The Library shares a parking lot with the Village Hall, Community Center and Police Department.
Directions to the library coming from the east:
Take I-94 and exit at 293 C onto Hwy 16 west Take Exit 183 to E; Go straight across when you are at the top of the exit ramp; you will pass in front of a little strip mall. Turn left at the stop sign onto North Ave. At the next stop sign, continue "straight" (the name of the street changes to Cottonwood) for two blocks Turn left onto Park Ave.; the Police Station is on that corner Park in the lot behind the Police Station/ Village Hall; You will see the library... Come on in! There is also parking behind the library on Haight Drive.
Directions to the library coming from the west on Hwy 16:
Exit at North Avenue, Hartland exit, turn right (south) and continue as above.
The library is located across the street from lovely Nixon Park, with a playground, picnic areas and the Splash Pad for summer fun. The Bark River and the Ice Age Trail run next to the library. Enjoy the beauty of downtown Hartland during your library visit! There are many charming shops, restaurants, parks and trails to explore.
