Winter parking restrictions are in effect from November 1st through March 31st. Parking restrictions prohibits parking on all Village streets between the hours of 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM. IF YOU WISH TO PARK ON THE STREET, CALL 367-2323 AFTER 4:30 PM EACH DAY TO DETERMINE IF PARKING PERMISSION IS APPROVED OR DENIED FOR EACH MORNING. You may also look under Hartland Help Center for the winter parking restrictions and the most current message. If you wish to receive daily messages about winter parking, go to Notify Me to sign up. Parking citations will be issued to vehicles that park on any Village street when the message has denied parking. A tow notice may also be attached to a vehicle and if the vehicle is not removed within the time frame listed on the notice, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

PARKING CITATION PAYMENTS
If you have received a parking citation, payment for this must be made at the Hartland Police Department. Payment can be made in person during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) or by mailing the exact amount to 210 Cottonwood Ave, Hartland, WI 53029.
