Summer Reading Program

Program runs: June 14 – July 31

Who’s reading for summer reading?! Earn prizes and books all summer long just for reading and learning over summer!! All ages and abilities are welcome--we have a program created just for you!! Keep track of your progress on our paper logs OR go paperless and use our ALL-NEW app Beanstack!! 

 

Books Against Humanity

Thursday, June 17 at 3 pm

Ages: 12 – 18

This fun, laugh out loud game is just like Cards Against Humanity only with books! You don’t even have to bring a book, we will supply them! We are a library; we have tons of books!

Registration is required and there is a limit of 20 people. Masks are optional, but we will be distancing to keep everyone safe. Game will be played in our new meeting room! Please email Emily at esternemann@hartland.lib.wi.us to register.

Among Us in Real Life

Thursday, July 8 at 3 pm

Ages: 12 – 18

If you like the online murder mystery game, you will love it in real life! Complete tasks, hold an emergency meeting, and find the imposter, or fake tasks, sabotage the game, and kill a crewmate! Everything that you love about the game will be life-sized!

Registration is required and there is a limit of 10 people. Masks are optional, but we will be distancing to keep everyone safe. Game will be played at Nixon Park at Picnic Shelter #4. Please email Emily at esternemann@hartland.lib.wi.us to register.

 

Tie Dye

Thursday, July 22 at 3 pm

Ages: 12 – 18

Bring a shirt, socks, or a pillowcase and we will provide the mess! Stop by between 3 and 3:30 to tie dye an article of clothing, but please no towels. Be prepared to get messy! Tie dye will take place at Nixon Park at Picnic Shelter #4. Masks are optional, but we will be distancing to keep everyone safe. Registration is not required.
