You can check your voter registration status and more online at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/
You can register online at MyVote.wi.gov through October 14 by 11:59 p.m. You can also register by mail (must be postmarked by October 14), in-person at the clerk’s office or at the polling place on Election Day. All voters must submit proof of residence with their voter registration.
All voters will vote at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland for the November 3, 2020 election.
The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
You may request an absentee ballot online at myvote.wi.gov Or you may complete the absentee ballot application and submit to the Village Clerk’s office along with a copy of your photo id.

Ballots are mailed shortly after receiving the completed absentee ballot request.
There are several options:
Your ballot must be received in the Clerk’s office no later than 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
In-person absentee voting will be held in the Village Board room beginning Tuesday, Oct. 20 through Friday, Oct. 30 during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additionally, there will be extended hours on Wednesday, Oct. 21 and Wednesday, Oct. 28 until 7:00 p.m. The deadline to cast an in-person absentee is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30. You will need to show your photo id when voting an in-person absentee ballot.
Voters must reside at their address for at least 28 days by Election Day in order to vote. Voters who have moved within Wisconsin less than 28 days before the election must vote from their previous address. Voters who have moved to Wisconsin from another state less than 28 days before an election are only eligible to vote in Presidential elections.
You are encouraged to request an absentee ballot as soon as possible due to the anticipated high volume of requests.
If you would like to receive the resident rate but are not a resident, you may purchase an Annual Non-Resident Card for $50.00 per person or $150.00 per family (up to 4 members). After purchase, the individual or family members will then be eligible to receive the resident rate for all programs. All family members must reside at the same address. The Annual Non-Resident Card expires one year from date of purchase. A card and number will be issued and must be written on the registration form at the time of registration.
You may purchase the annual card the same way you sign up for a recreation program.
